1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HirePilot ("Service"), operated by HirePilot ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HirePilot is an AI-powered recruitment screening platform that helps organizations automate candidate screening, manage hiring pipelines, and streamline the recruitment process. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Subscription and Payments

HirePilot offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized payment processor. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics
Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without authorization
Scrape or extract data from the platform through automated means

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein. You retain ownership of all candidate data you upload to the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, and graphics, is owned by HirePilot and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HirePilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
